Our sofas and chairs are delivered by a two-person team to a room of your choice. Smaller items are delivered from by courier. If you have a preference for a particular courier, give us a shout and we can see what we can do.
Delivery costs are based on the size of the item.
Standard costs are as follows and will increase if you order multiple items, the maximum you will pay for standard delivery is £59.
We offer a premium option for an extra £20 on top of standard shipping. This is faster and we usually can deliver in two working days to major cities in the UK. If we can't offer this, we'll refund the premium element.
We can also offer same day shipping on all sofas, chairs and footstools across the UK. This starts at £200 for our London same day service
Europe (including Ireland/Northern Ireland): Chairs/Coffee tables are from £55 for a three-day service. Please place your order and select Europe Delivery at the checkout. For sofas to mainland Europe, the additional charge is from £120 - please contact us to arrange this first.
USA: We can deliver chairs to the USA This is priced at an additional £130 to ship on a three-day service via UPS. Please place your order and select USA Shipping. We have delivered sofas, but this is on a case by case basis so please contact us as it can be pretty expensive.
Other countries: We ship chairs worldwide, just select the option at the checkout for the price. For trade/larger quantities, please contact us for competitive prices.
We will send through tracking information as soon as we dispatch your furniture. Please note, in some cases we may need to contact you to request further information in relation to customs info,
Can I return my purchase? No probs.
We're so sure you'll love our products, we give you 14 days to return your item for a full refund minus delivery costs.
All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging and packaged to the same standard. You must take care when opening packaging that the items were delivered in and carefully re-pack the items in the original packaging prior to returning the products to us. We may have to charge a restocking fee if the product is in not fit to be resold.
All returned sofas, chairs and footstools must be handled by our delivery partner who will arrange a collection. Delivery and return fees will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be made within 5 days of us receiving the product.
Please note this does not apply to commercial customers.
My item is faulty or damaged. What do I do?
Please inspect your item on arrival, if it is damaged or faulty please contact us so we can resolve this for you as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement as a priority.
What happens if I miss the delivery? :-(
If you're not at home at the agreed day/time your item will be returned to the warehouse. We will arrange redelivery, however, this will be at our standard rates. If your item has been routed via a courier, please use the tracking number provided to arrange redelivery.
