Need your delivery delayed until you get the keys or finish some building work? Just let us know in the notes section when you order, and we'll hold your order until then. We'll always ensure you accept a delivery date too - so no surprises! 

Can I return my purchase? Yes. 

We're so sure you'll love our products, we give you 14 days to return your item for a full refund minus delivery/return costs.

All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging - without this, we can't accept items by return. You must take care when opening packaging that the items were delivered in and carefully re-pack the items in the original packaging prior to returning the products to us. We will have to charge a restocking fee if the product is not fit to be resold/in a saleable condition. 

All returned sofas, chairs and footstools must be handled by our delivery partner who will arrange a collection. The refund will usually be made within 7 days of us receiving the product.

Please note this does not apply to commercial customers.

How long do I have to wait for my purchase?  

Our standard delivery is usually within 14 days, however in some cases this can take longer. 

My item is faulty or damaged. What do I do? 

Please inspect your item on arrival, if it is damaged or faulty please contact us so we can resolve this for you as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement as a priority.

What happens if I miss the delivery? :-(

If you're not at home at the agreed day/time your item will be returned to the warehouse. We will arrange re-delivery, however, this will be at our standard rates. If your item has been routed via a courier, please use the tracking number provided to arrange re-delivery.
